Remember to bring a water bottle, sticky socks & a sweat towel for our barre based classes & a yoga mat for all of our yoga classes. We have yoga mats for rent at the studio too.

No prior dance, pilates or yoga experience is required, we offer modifications & advancements for everyone and all of our classes are suitable for any fitness level.
